Unlock the Secrets of the Coregasm: How Strengthening Your Pelvic Floor Can Lead to Increased Sexual Pleasure

Sexual pleasure. Sex. Coregasm.

The pelvic floor is a group of muscles that support the pelvic organs and span the bottom of the pelvis. These muscles play an important role in sexual function, including orgasm. Research has shown that exercising the pelvic floor muscles can lead to increased sexual pleasure and even orgasm, particularly when performing core exercises.

A study published in the journal Sexual and Relationship Therapy found that nearly one in five women who did exercises to strengthen their pelvic floor muscles experienced an "exercise-induced orgasm" or "coregasm." The study surveyed over 500 women and found that the most commonly reported exercises that led to orgasm were abdominal exercises such as crunches and leg raises.
