Tara Lynn is a certified FRC mobility specialist with the goal to invigorate curious wigglers so that they can expand functional range of motion, create intentional movement with ease, and adapt to variables in their everyday life. All while tuning into their internal rhythms and superpowers.
Tara Lynn’s approach to life is curious & collaborative. Already an accomplished dancer, choreographer & aerialist, curiosity led her to examine the ways in which our bodies can become inefficient, immobile or our greatest asset to success.
Armed with degrees in Theatre & Dance from The University of Alabama, her MBA from across the pond, as well as professional certifications in Functional Range Mobility & Yoga, she founded Steele Mobility & co-founded Unleash Your Superpowers in order to guide others toward harmony in their human hardware through movement & cyclical power.

Korra O’Neill, otherwise known as Coach Korra, is an integrative nutrition health coach and future JD-holder out of New York.
Her fascination with our human hardware started when she was small and has grown into an insatiable curiosity regarding how we can utilize body acceptance for the entirety of humankind.
Korra is a proud member of both the queer and neurodivergent communities and hopes to spread their message through her work with superpowers; that not only is every body different, but that difference is what makes us each spectacularly glorious.
It all started in 2019 when we realized there was a ton of research that supports productivity for the Circadian Rhythm and very little resource on the Infradian Rhythm – the one that guides us, menstruating humans, throughout each month.
As an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach and Functional Range Conditioning Mobility Coach, we know the importance of having the right tools and resources when it comes to creating a healthy fulfilling life. That's why we found it outrageous and unacceptable that around 800 million people who menstruate daily don't have access to the knowledge that can truly change their lives.
With our book and the planner for menstruating humans, we want to contribute to a global shift in perspective where people all over the world, across contexts and cultures acknowledge the uniqueness of our experience.
That way, we can start creating a more inclusive and mindful work environment, end period shame, and promote a higher quality of life for menstruating humans all over the world.
